As of April 1, 2014, the assets of Ricoh Production Print Solutions (RPPS) have been transferred to Ricoh United States (RUS).  The two business units -- bothpart of Ricoh Company, Ltd. (Japan) will be working together to transition and merge business systems.  Customers and suppliers will be contacted directly at the appropriate time when and if they need to take any action to insure no gap in billing, service, or other systems-based issues. There are no immediate changes to the support phone numbers that customers use to request support for their RPPS products or services.
